Front upper grill removal

Can anyone help. The centre grill was fairly easy but Im now trying to remove the upper grill to have it painted gloss black but i cant seem to get the bottom of the grill off. any ideas guys .... please.

If it's the upper grill in between the lights it's a bumper off job to remove it.

Thanks Studleyglass seen that post but just says about the lower grill. RattyMcClelland have you removed the bumper before is it a real pain? Do you know how to do it?

Yes I removed mine and yes it's a pain.
Jack up, wheels off, arch lining out, 2 hex screws in the arch hold the bumper.
Open bonnet, remove the upper grill screws.
Pull the bumper away with allot of force breaking the clips hold. The whole bumper is clipped in so it requires allot of force. I mean alot.

When you pull the bumper off do the clips holding break? Does it go back on OK ? Doesn't leave anything loose. Sorry I'm wanting to do this myself and don't want to break anything.
