For Sale and no price information

Despite the clear selling guidelines, people still seem to omit a price - not sure if forgetful or part of the selling / negotiation tactics. I suspect the latter.

One thing I’ve noticed when I post something for sale is that, unlike other posts, adverts require some sort of approval before they go live.

I dont know whether this ‘approval’ is @Pauly or one of his moderator colleagues looking at the advert and making it visible on the forum or a semi automated check/approve.

If it is a manual check then would it be simple to decline the advert based on lack of price?

Just a thought.

It's the "What's my van worth" non-vip merchants who annoy. Clearly trying to put a For Sale advert without paying for the privilege, evening posting a full page of details and lots of arty photos. !

I agree. I bite my tongue but one the Devil will assume control of me and I'll reply, "a tenner as it is now, or maybe 40 grand if you buy VIP membership."

Hopefully the mods will understand that the Devil makes me do stuff like that and it's beyond my control.
