Fog lights

Hi all I want to fit fog lights to my vw t6 2016 shuttle I have purchased all necessary vw parts but can anyone tell me how you go about fitting the new panels which the fog lights attach to into the bumper and of course remove the existing panels ? Do I have to remove the front bumper ? My vw dealership have not done this job before and I can't find s dealership who have

Yes the front bumper has to be removed and the panels screw into it from the rear then the fog lights screw into the panels again from the rear, will see if i can dig out some pictures

This is the best i could find but they are a bit close up to see clearly.
The first pic show the screw fixings bottom of the panel and second pic is plastic clips that attach top of panel to bumper
The third pic is a shot of the foglight from the rear, this is secured by two screws
