Flammio awning rail

I've recently had the F43S fitted to the side of my T6; frustratingly during a recent trip around the NC500 we noticed rain dripping in-between the van and the rail box.

I've contacted Flammio who sold me a kit (£8 with postage) to check which size rain seal I require. Annoyingly none of the seals available fill the gap.

Has anyone had this issue before or know of a solution?
