Hi Guys,

I have fitted all of my 240v and 12v kit under my drivers swivel seat thanks @travelvolts (brilliant guy..very knowledgeable.. Thanks for your help again)....there is no room for anything else! On the passenger side I have a double swivel, so wires are not a way for me to go, just in case they get trapped on swivel. So my thoughts of a 12" JL Audio sub is out.

So I have just bout a small Pioneer TSWX120A Amplified Underseat 'woofer'. So far so good with the install....I know where it will go on the wall next to the rear seats (Kombi) on the drivers side, but I am now lost for a 'remote' lead connection. I have the positive connected to the leisure battery and the earth grounded under the drivers seat. What have others used to get this 'remote' lead so that it only turns on, when the vans running?

Thanks in advance

Matt

We have installed many JL 10” subs in our own design and manufactured twin passenger sub enclosures, with swivel plate... wiring is done by a removable plug

Regarding the amp, if you have a single slider, then it can go behind the opposite panel, or we do very small amps that will squeeze somewhere

I've just finished my setup. Its like being in the 90`s again with massive thumping bass! I've got Discover media from which I took the rear speaker outputs to under the drivers seat where my amps are in a custom made mounting shelf. There I have split off to the rear component fills and also taken a high to low convertor with remote turn on output to power on the amps. I've made a custom sealed sub box for under the kombi rear seat with a 15inch sub in. Also got a bass cube enhancement box with the remote controller in the little compartment next to the dsg gear selector. Like a big kid once again!
