feel art one sub 10

Hi, has anyone successfully managed to get the remote switch option to work on a feelart one sub 10? , i've put 12v onto the wire labelled remote in but it doesn't switch the amp on ?? anyone got any ideas ? thanks in advance

Thanks, yeah thats where i got it from , i phoned them a few times but had no answer , messaged them too on messenger but no reply either !

That’s a bit rubbish. I rang them in the past no probs. Maybe keep trying.

@mjfreeds I had the same problem. Never got it working so would be interested if you managed it in the end.

One observation I have it that the sound comes on quite loud even on the lowest volume setting on the head unit. Do you get the same?
