Fabworx Bed really hard to move between seats and bed position

Hi, I noticed that some forum members have a FabWorx bed, so I am hoping for help. I have an Fabworx Immix bed that was already installed when I bought my camper, and it’s really hard to move between being seats and a bed. I just thought it was normal until I looked at FabWorx videos of them moving the bed with ease. I don’t know if it’s the gas struts pushing back at me when I am trying to lock it back into a seated position, and the same that it doesn’t want to go flat easily either. I don’t think it’s the runners, so it makes me wonder about the cable underneath and the gas struts being the issue.

For a previous question FabWorx were very responsive, but I not getting a reply to messages about this issue.

Has anyone had this issue, or a better understanding of how these beds work?
