Europe Camping!

Hiya!
Hoping someone can point us in the right direction! We are going away to Europe in a months time for 2 weeks ... Any recommendations on where is best to go in the van... Preferably wild camping?

We did long crossing to Santander last year and then travelled up West coast France to St Malo.
Lots of great camping stops and wild camping along the North coast of Spain.
France has the usual mix of expensive and full of facilities and each town usually has communal sites which are very cheap.
This year doing similar but concentrating on Brittany only.

PS My son did South of France and Northern Italy - Italy is very expensive he said.
