Engine oil flow diagram CXEB

As per title,
I'm looking for an engine oil flow diagram to Ian in the installation of a front mounted oil cooler for my CXEB powered T6

I've finally found an oil take off plate that fits in place of my OEM liquid to liquid oil cooler, there are two outlet bosses, but they are un-marked, I need to know which is the flow side as thats where the external inline oil thermostat need to be fitted.

I've been through the SSA for the engine and the workshop manual, neither show oil flow

This is the top of the oil cooler / filter housing with the cooler removed, the oil and coolant ports are plain to see.

Some more info

This is a screen shot of the wrong type of oil cooler / filter housing, and below is the oil take off plate that would fit this type, the flow line for this type would be the bottom port,
because this design has inline oil and coolant ports, in unable to accurately cross reference between this type and the on fitted to my CXEB.

would turning the engine over by hand show the flow? I don't want to attempt to turn the engine over with the starter, theres a lot of parts that have been removed, I think the ECU would poop itself.

Forgive my mindless mumblings and multiple posts

Please correct me if Im wrong...
If I take the oil filter cover and filer out, I should be able to pike around with a cable tie to find the centre of oil filter, this should be the flow side...
 
In the download section there is detailed information on the engine and calling and I also circuit etc.

You may need to download those and go rammage them through it
 
This is mostly to aid anyone else who cares to endeavour the path of a front mounted oil cooler.

I spend a few hours poking around this evening, and have found the ports that I believe are flow and return.
As always, happy to be corrected.

Red is flow, from the centre of the oil fiter
Blue is return, to the outside of the oil filter
