Dual Mass Fly Wheel Failure

Dual mass fly wheel failure on my T6 with 30k on the clock, 16 days after warranty ran out. I’ve rang VW customer services and they don’t want to know. Can anybody offer any advice please

Nightmare, total failure or has it just started to make noise out of interest? (Our T5.1 one was replaced at 80K)

I have offered a few words of advise but not sure if it will help, I managed to get the clutch pack and DMF changed on mine under warranty but took a bit of fighting
