Afternoon all,
I've had what I would call excessive wind noise on the drivers side window since I bought the van, a few months ago.
I fitted some Hekos wondering if it would make it better or worse and it made no difference so after a 450 mile round trip in the van last weekend with annoying wind noise I decided to investigate.
I found some excess rubber flash on the window seal from the moulding process, see attempted pictures below...
This was swiftly removed with a knife and road test followed... No wind noise!
Essentially the extra rubber in that place was pushing the glass away from the seals both above and below it causing the noise.
Posting this in case anyone else unknowingly has the same problem!
