Drivers Door Hinge Fault

I have noticed that the hinge travel stop (the casting not the removable block) has snapped off the drivers side upper hinge

Has anyone replaced one of these (or the broken part) and if so how difficult / sweary a job is it?

I am considering just living with it and holding onto the door as it is opening ‍
