So, somehow “we” put the awning in with seeds wrapped up in it. It’s made a bit of a mess of it - so little warning for others.

Where’s the best place to get a replacement?

You can buy cleaner for them but I don't know how good it is.
Seen the awning material on ebay for fiammas and I would imagine its the same stuff maybe ?

cleaner won’t do it - its pierced and deformed
