Did LD forget to put some in ?
There's no Dodo in an LD
I replaced the carpeted ply with the Kiravans storage panels. They are expensive, but give a (small) amount of storage.
However, as they are plastic, we get a lot of condensation on the panels in the cold.
So I want to do the back of the panels and the inward facing internal metal of the door.
There is wool insulation in the void, that's what LD put in, but they don't put anything on the outer skin.
I suppose I could do that as well if I have enough.

Just get the rolls of Diall stuff from B+Q, its exactly the same recycled plastic stuff.

Good point though, no need to spend extra on the bog standard stuff , but worth it for the self adhesive deadening and insulationAh sorry!

I ran out of DODO silver / foam before I did my barn doors so thought I would try this 7mm cheap stuff off Amazon
It was surprisingly good! Very easy to shape into the awkward spaces then finish off with 25mm and 50mm fleece.
So good I also bought some 5mm for a few places to double up.
Also sealed all joints with this:
