DCC (Dynamic Chassis Control) Retrofit

I still won DCC! Today I managed to completely cope with the installation! the system works as the manufacturer intended it to!

I've been looking for "Charisma" for almost a day, and I found it!

I know that he is already tired of me, but I want to express my deep gratitude to @Robert!

a little later I will write a report on DRIVE2.Ru and try to correctly translate it for this forum and post it here

Another small bit of progress.

I made up brackets and tie rod for my front left level sensor.

Also made one bracket for my rear level sensor to be transferred from the RHS to the LHS.

Three bracket for my acceleration sensors.

Bad news is that I thought that my DCC loom is from T6 but as it turned out it is from Sharan.

I need to adjust the length of some sections and replace shocks connectors.

All external work completed successfully :D
Sharan loom modification turned out to be a very time consuming task.
I have tailored it perfectly to match my bus and got it wrapped with TESA tape.
I also added protective conduit where extra protection was necessary.

Front acceleration sensors.

Project due to be finished very soon

I think this retrofit was the most labours.
Kessy is probably comparable.
So many wires, controller with 47 pins and 35 wires to be run all over the vehicle.
But every effort is worth it.
Happy driving in the comfort,
comfort mode to be specific :D

Congratulations, well done!

Another dash button filling it’s purpose in life

Results of my BASIC SETTINGS as required by the procedure.
My bus has been suspended in the air at the time when these photos were taken.

I think I was simply lucky and all of my level sensors were reading between expected min/max.
Some people do a bit of "adjustment" when their readings are outside the range
but cheating with the level sensors at that stage impairs the performance of the DCC system.

Greeting all the members!!! Ho is kind enough to help me with the last steps of this retrofit dcc on golf mk5 (I hope these are the last steps)
I finally managed to install the dcc implant after days of work among the little free time I have
I purchased a Dcc SH system from a passat CC from England
I bought shock absorbers of mk6 fit perfectly with the original springs but the hub had to be upgraded on 55
I made the basic adaptation and adaptation in channel 30 everything fine no error
But it doesn't work to switch with the button on sports or comfort
I have not yet made the other adaptations specified by ×jamstonmart
When I get home I'm going to do a full scan and paste it here if it's ok
After the first attempt to change the shock absorbers, which led to a disappointing ending, I decided to switch to dcc, hoping for an improvement, but I got a lot of headaches reading many forums until I came across you and my street lit up a little

I think the problem is about like I had! I found that the Charisma feature was not enabled in my Gateway

Hi I searched in the gateway for other voices to activate but I did not find anything as well as in the other modules only in ABS I found to code Standard / Sport or Rough road /Confort suspension
Either they are not the modules aggiornate or newer models
