Hi all, I know its been done on here but ....

Im considering an
AUTO-VOX X2 Dash Cam 1080P Dual Camera

but im a little worried about it getting stolen if it stays attached to the mirror all the time. to take and make best use of the wake up if get knocked function...

My next thought was as these things are so good at night now it would be great if when camping and van is all closed down and curtains and blinds closed ya could have a peek outside via cam if hear someone sneaking about.

NO good if front camera on mirror as I've got Rainbow screens thermal cover !

So my next thought was a motorcycle set up
Cameras much smaller and could possibly hide in the front badge or grill ???? mount rear up high between spoiler and tail gate ???

Innovv K2 Dual Motorcycle Camera System | HD Dashcam for Bikes!

Any thoughts appreciated

Many Thanks

Just put a "viofo a129" pretty cheap for dual 1080p dash cam. So far seems great. Easy to set up, small to fit and hide behind the rear view mirror. Quick and easy to connect via wifi with your phone.

I just checked that Viofo camera out online and it looks very good if a bit bulky. I am thinking of having one fitted while a full camper conversion is being done. Do you think it would be possible to mount the second camera in a position to monitor the interior, in particular the side door while in parking mode?

Bulky? I'd have said the complete opposite. You could have cameras pointing where you want with the right fixing/bracket. Not sure how good the parking mode is. Not something I use.
