custom foam mattress & covering - anyone?

Hello,

trying to get the final detail for the bed done for our kombi conversion.. here in switzerland its possible to get foam cut and covers made but at a v high price..

im trying to find companies who would do this and be able to send them to me here.. (i dont understand the unwillingness to do this?)

anyone got any pointers?

I'm guessing that some of the "unwillingness" stems from EU fire regulations and if/how these apply to Switzerland - probably no difference at all but just not worth the hassle for someone to look at for a one off custom job??

yep, they'll do the foam but not the covers..

I have tried: foam4u.co.uk, Putmans.co.uk, shipshapebedding.co.uk, easyfoam.co.uk, cushioncreator.co.uk, cbscc.co.uk, acefoam.co.uk, directfoam.co.uk

Gbfoam were all about to do the project then told me they wont ship to Switz..

oh and @Davenjo, this unwillingness is not just to do with foam mattresses - I've come across many uk companies that just dont send here..

they'll see when brexit makes them just like Switzerland... as in not in the eu..
