Crypto currencies

Been hearing allot this week about crypto currencies, mostly the young lads at work who've been investing and doubled/tripled their cash.

Does anyone on here dabble in it?

Cheers

Generated 7 bitcoins a few years back and sold them when they hit £100 thinking I was the smartest guy on the planet :(

Was talking about this to my business partner a few weeks back and marvelling at how high the price was. I said I would definitely be getting out now if I still had any as they looked to have peaked and the market was looking a bit nervy about cryptocurrencies - 7 days later they had risen another 30%

In other words, don't ever listen to financial advice from me

Thinking of going in on a spread of currencies at a total of a k or so. Really not sure if the bubble is set to burst.

I bought a bitcoin last August for £2,500, lite coin for £44 each & Ethereum £88 each, i spent £4k on them in total. December my account hit £22k, however its dropped down to £8k now :( i yes i know i should of taken the cash, i have now moved my coins around and got 62,000 Tron got them at 5cents each, just holding on till they hit $1

i use this link (coin base)to buy the bitcoin or Ethereum then trade on Binance, i just buy and sit on the coins, long term investment for me

I watched the episode last night, my thoughts were that it seemed similar to pyramid selling, the bit coin price has rocketed due to lots of new investment on the assumption of getting rich quick but once that new investment at the bottom drys up I think it will collapse!

I could be wrong, but if something seems too good to be true then it probably is!...
