Creaks And Groans

so after 3 years and 90k in my '15 T5 Highline Kombi decided to go for a T6. Picked up an '18 Highline in Chestnut Brown, bought from an independent outfit doing conversions (mentioning no names for now) and simply asked for it to be like my old one, Sportline lowering, front end, carpet ply lined plus a few extras like leather retrim and some 18" alloys. All good so far.
Fresh out the box was as smart as a carrot then the factory fitted creaks started, having had a few VW's accept this unique feature, but the tailgate, side door and the seats make an infernal racket then made worse after about 3000 miles by creaking from the suspension.
she's sat on unknown 50mm lower springs and the coils touch so after a wee while the powder coating wears off and the corrosion sets in. took it back last week and had then changed but a quick grope under the arches and the same problem. So now less than happy and wanting this sorted will take the matter in hand.
any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

Tail gate is sorted by lubricating the rubber seal around the door, and pulling out the adjusters half way down the door. Since doing it mine hasn't rattles or creaked, and I just lube the seal each time I was the van.

My drivers seat also creaked. Undid the 4 bolts on each corner, took it out, and lubricated all of the rails, height adjuster, and mechanicals. Been perfect ever since. The rattle on the seat normally comes from the arm rest. Tension the roller adjuster under the arm and it goes away.

That's great I'll give them a go at the weekend, i'd sussed the bloody arm rest rattles, and the fact that they knock on the seat belt clip too.... the drivers door is a pig to shut too, sounds completely different to the passenger side, more tinny if you know what I mean.
Had a look at the Eibach springs to replace whatever has been fitted and looks like there are two different axle weights on T32's and mines the 1710kg, whats the betting they've fitted the wrong springs?

Keep in mind that no matter what the springs, when the vehicle is resting on all 4 wheels there will be complete compression on a couple of the coils. This allows for negative travel in the suspension. If they didn't do this, the springs could potentially shift or become dislodged when the suspension was unweighted.

I get the pre-loading of coil springs but whatever the state the coils shouldn't touch or rub as they will wear? then break?

There is no reason that the springs should be compressed so far that the any coils are completely closed, as long as the springs natural unloaded length is longer that the full extension of the suspension.
