Crash repair - non matching rear light

My Cali with rear LED lights got bumped in a car park which damaged the paint and the driver's side rear light.
Driver gave details and it went to a VW approved bodyshop - their insurance was the same company as mine.

I noticed today the rear lights don't match. The new one is somewhat smoked and is a Hella not a VW one.

It's going back in to sort the poor paintwork.

Am I right in thinking I can insist they fit the correct matching rear light?

I’d say absolutely yes, they’ve fitted the wrong part. Hella do make the VW lights in some instances. The smoked ones have a different part number.
