I had to pay 75% bacs transfer for my HiLo roof, it does leave you a little exposed to say the least.

You’re not wrong, I had to pay the installer 100% of the price of the Hilo at the time of order. Simply because they did not want to carry the risk themselves. Leaves you well and truly up the creek if that installer goes to the wall having not passed that money on to Hilo, or if Hilo bins them as an installer before you get your roof.

Hi Eli, I have just contacted them and up to 50K turnover it is 2% and a bespoke % rate over 50k.
Dont think we will win against the banks!!!!

You are not wrong, there are way toooo many people out there who set themselves up as a company, with no ability, just because they think they’ve made a pretty good job of converting their own van and see an opportunity to break into a fairly hefty market.
