Im getting my 1st new van in march , i have an option to get comfort dash fitted at extra cost ,
Is it better to get it fitted now before i get the van ? Or can i get it fitted in say a years time ? How much roughly are CDash to get fitted after? And are they worth the extra money?

Definitely get it factory fitted. It will be a fraction of the cost.

Not sure you can alter something like that on a factory-order due in a few days time????? Do u know someone at the assembly line?

Perhaps it was ordered with one by mistake and they’re chancing it you’ll pay for it?

Comfort dash is the only thing I wish I had gone for. Standards look poor in comparison in my opinion. I’d say go for it.

Im getting my new van from swiss vans there also putting on few extras WASP pack and discovery sat nav etc , so I've still got bit time as im off to new york tomorrow and the van is coming about 15th march .
So i could get this added as an extra but not sure how much it will be as im already spending a fortune (like everyone else ha ha ) it will just add to my monthly bill.
It was because i seen one at vw garage today and they look smart.

What cost would it be to get your done now?i can really see them being awkward to fit if we were to do our own.

As a rule of thumb, any options that are factory fit are considerably more expensive to afterfit, so always do your homework and don't spoil the ship (or van) for a ha'p'orth of tar.

Yip. I’m not even considering changing due to the massive expense and ball ache

I have comfort dash factory fit and I 100% recommend. Its sooooo much nicer than the standard dash.
