Cheaper alternatives to a proper 2 or 3 way fridge?

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to an expensive 2 or 3-way fridge, please? I've tried an electric (12v) cool box, but it's pretty useless, despite throwing 3 or 4 freezer blocks in there.

I have a couple of mates who have Alpicool fridges in their vans, can be found a lot cheaper than other makes (which look suprisingly similar)

I've got a small and very cheap Halfords 240v / 12V (40W) toolbox which keeps stuff cold and does the job without ice packs so long as it's pre-cooled for a couple of hours before use. It's probably 12 years old now but still works well. We've got it with us in Spain at the moment but we've only used it once when the van fridge was full however the cervezas were plenty cold when we came to drink them. Halfords do a near identical looking box nowadays but I think the current model can keep stuff warm as well.

I use this which works very well. Much cheaper than the similar Dometic. Plus points - wider, but not as deep as Dometic, so my sliding bed goes past it. Can take freezer compartment out. Downsides - no ‘vent’ door position, but door can be propped open with freezer lid. Led temperature light stays on, and is very bright at night - some tape might fix that.
