If it is anything like the few I have previously come across, there should be a small (3mm ish) hole somewhere on the side. You use a bent bit of metal (a bit thicker than a wire coat hanger) to pull the cover off via that hole. Such metal “tools” are often clipped to the side of OEM jacks.
