Carpet glue

Can anyone recommend a good carpet glue for sticking carpet to metal, need to do some repairs
to the trimming around the rear windows.

I’ve used this to refix some carpet edges where spray glue would be too messy.
It worked well but it soon clogs your brush so get a couple of cheap brushes and be prepared to just bin then when they get clogged up.

Thanks for replying, I didn’t won’t to use spray glue like you said it would be messy, I will order this glue now.

Would just like to thank you for the recommendation for the glue for sticking carpet around the windows. Received the glue in the post today and I’ve done the repairs today worked a treat.
