Carista and remote window closing/opening

Hi Folks, I've been using Carista and changed a few settings on my 2018 T6. The changes all seem to work apart from the remote closing/opening of the windows with the key fob (long press and hold) and the key. Tried setting it a few times and no luck. Anyone any ideas? Thanks ! Dave

Quick pull on the switch and the window goes to the top on its own or do you have to keep the button pulled up?

remote windows closing/opening finally working. Very strange. All the other options set in Carista worked first time. I reset the option for windows remote closing/opening several times and it suddenly started working on the third or fourth try! Sorted anyway thanks everyone
