Just bought upgraded LEDs for the interior lighting and foot wells. Happy they’re just straight swap for the bulbs taking into account the polarity if they don’t work. Can’t really find much about actually getting to the bulbs though. This is for the front and rear roof mounts and the footwell lights. Have a trim tool kit. Any advice greatly received!!

also as an aside. I’m considering upgrading my DRL to LeD if it is an easy straight bulb swap. What’s the consensus on this?
Thanks in advance.

My Caravelle came with LED interior lights everywhere except the step lights and the boot lights. The step lights are easy to change and the cover pops out quite easily. The boot lights were a pain in the arse, even with trim tools I managed to knacker one up a bit so it doesn't fit back as snug as it should. So... go carefully!

The LED DRL bulb swap in H7 lamps is a straight bulb swap, but make sure you get CAN BUS friendly bulbs, otherwise you will get a warning light on the dash. Fitting them is properly awkward, as space is tight and you can't see what you are doing. When doing the drivers side, it's best to remove the air box top.
