Caravelle, Shuttle, Kombi - Same Outer Shell?

I managed to get rear windows put in the back of my kombi from factory and it got me wondering what outer shell I have ended up with???

It hasn't simply had windows cut in and it's definitely different to a standard kombi shell (the one without rear windows), but how do I find out what it is?

The reason I ask is so I know what fixing points and holes I have for interior upgrades at a later date.

Would of thought it would be the window van side panels they have put in from factory as these are pressed panels no cutting

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any idea if the "window van" metal panels the same for both the Shuttle and the Caravelle?

It would seem to me you got a window van not a Kombi and if that is the case they would only be using the one shell/pressing made for that purpose which also does the transporter shuttle, caravel & California's. The Kombi would be a different pressing. No doubt they all start as the STD transporter pressing for the side and go through different processes for the windows, ie different punches to take the window cutouts
