Caravelle Owners- Removable Towbar Storage

I have fitted my detachable westfalia towbar and was wondering where the factory fit storage location should be for the removable piece. I know you can get a holder for the kombi /panel van that sits behind the jack. Just wanted to know if it is the same or just a bag?

I know you can get a holder for the kombi /panel van that sits behind the jack.

Our panel van has a moulded polystyrene holder for the factory fit Westfalia removable tow ball.

But we don't use the moulding now - it took up too much room. The removable tow ball (if removed) is kept in a bag in a plastic storage container we have with other kit in the 'boot'.

My old kombi had that until I managed to damage it. Just wondering whether it would fit behind the panel on my caravelle. Dont want to spend nearly £40 to find it doesn't fit.
