Can I put a T6.1 offside driver door on T6

I need to replace my driver door after a run in with a boulder. I’ve found a replacement in Iridium Grey ( my van colour ) but it’s off a T6.1 .Internet says the door shell of T6 & T6.1 are the same and my garage says they’ll use the original T.6 insides in the new shell . Will this work ok?
