Can a pop-top bed-base be retrofitted?

I am looking to buy a 5 seat belt, 4 berth van, preferably with a canopy and bike rack, low mileage 20,000 or less. I have found one without the canopy but it doesn't have the wooden bed bit that lies flat when the roof lift ups. Can these be added and if so how much?

I’d imagine so, but for the cost of it, you don’t want to be relying on my guess work.
Do you know the brand of pop-top? If you do, someone on here may well own one and be able to advise.

As above, can you find out the brand of the pop top ?

Is there a ledge around the opening that a bed board could/would sit on?
If not, then there might be issues with space when the roof is closed if the bed board is installed.
