Camperking electric console - van battery flashing

I've just bought a 2017 Camper King conversion. Both battery indicators were showing as good when I was shown the van. After driving it home (3.5 hours), when I press the console buttons it shows the Leisure battery is still fully charged (One with a caravan shape), but the van battery (a flatbed truck shape) is flashing and on the lowest bar. The van starts fine and the dashboard battery light goes off immediately on starting so would appear the alternator is charging it. There doesn't appear to be a function to swap from one battery to the other, so I presume it does this automatically? Any advice on how the system works and thoughts/ideas on whether I have an issue please?

There are so many different systems out there so it is difficult to answer. If you could take some photos of the control panel and the electrical box it would be a great help.
Also buy one of these, it will tell you the charge on your vehicle battery if you stick it in the cig socket on dash.

Thanks Nigel. I spoke to the previous owner tonight who assured me that it’s just the screen readout and the van battery Is fine.
I think I’ll run with it a few weeks and see, but like your idea/link for the cigarette lighter charger and readout. Thanks very much.
