California Floor Rails

Good work. That must have cost a few Stanley blades! I’m at the ply stage myself, and am just trying to work out how to sort out a slight dip in the middle of the centre rail before laying the vinyl.

Any info on the vinyl material and where you sourced it? I'm looking to go california/caravelle rails in a kombi too and I like the California style bumpy floor. In a perfect world I'd be able to have a soft rubber like the kombi rubber floor but I suspect that it not available

It's a rubber floor. I used tiles on my van. I think the quality of them is better.

This particular van was done in 3mm rubber flooring. 2m wide by 3.5m. I think.

That looks really nice. Are you saying the tiles are laid over the standard rubber flooring? If so do they deform significantly when weight applied?
