I will post a pic when I get home but it looks a lot like the one in the ebay link, I was looking for £200. I am in Middlesbrough but could get it to Otley if that's any good.
I know a John Tempest from BT lives in Sheffield area.

Cutouts are for the 1:1:1 kombi seating, the carpet on the passenger side seems not to have stuck properly but should be fixable.
