@Pauly a great piece of assistance and speedy too - flash to bang only 3 minutes and @carlg an equally speedy response and thank you. That's what makes this Forum a pleasure to visit and belong to :thumbsup::unsure::cool::D

Those look great, any pics or steps on how you did this?
@simon I got a set of 4 golf footwell lights ,two have gone under the dash .
So I thought the others would fit well in the rear ,so @Pauly made me a loom up so I could plug and play in to the side step light's .
I just cut the holes out with a dremel ,the cable went easily under carpet ,only took half hour ,

Hi @carlg , lights look great very neat. I've been doing similar but lacking a neat finish at the top of the seat base . Have you swivel seats as I have ? Mines Sports craft and leaves the seat metal base exposed . Yours are neatly covered ,l assume this must be part of a swivel system . Info on the metal plates that join the seat to the seat base would be appreciated. Thanks Stampie,

@Stampie66 yes they are swivels ,not sure which make they are as they were fitted at exploria via the dealer .
I had sports craft in my last van and had problems fitting the plastic trim .
These swivels have a lip round the edge which covers the top of the trim up nice and neat

Thanks for the reply, I will need to fabricate something to cover the top of the seat base which would give a neat finish as is yours . Stampie ;)

I have red led reading lights, door card Red led`s (in the top and bottom section) and red led,s in the rear footwell. Its like stepping into an Amsterdam brothel, I love it.;)
@Alan Walsh, I bow to your superior knowledge in these matters , my comparison would have been the cockpit of a light aircraft during a night flight - been there and done it as a PPL - in order to retain night vision . @T6 Dave has put two red bulbs in the centre courtesy/map light unit for that reason, plus it is restful against oncoming headlights.
