Blackberry

Hi,

I'm just about to complete an order on an in stock Blackberry Kombi. I've just found out VW have dropped this colour on the T6 though. This also ties in with its omission on the build configurator.

Does this mean some new colours may get launched soon?

Thanks, Phil

Blackberry is such a nice colour when clean. But be aware it Doesn't stay clean for long. My mate has one and it's doing his head in showing every bit of dirt and scratches!

Its a beautiful colour and turns heads every were we go i wouldnt worry if they discontinue it ,just get it bought and enjoy oh and join team blackberry of course

yes it does show the dirt and dust up just like black , salesman said if your not so enthusiastic on cleaning vans buy grey as it dosnt show the dirt as much.
blackberry is hard to keep clean for long,
Just buy some quick detailer and keep it in the van

That's a shame if I didn't have mine in white, it would be blackberry.

Agreed Blackberry is difficult to keep clean, but no more so than any other dark colour. It does look good though when its reasonably clean and the sun is shining. I'm not sure I have seen anything close to it on any other car or van - nice to be different

Anyone know why they are discontinuing it?

@Captain Mainwaring , possibly due to being a pain in the wotsit to match by some during repairs? Or just because they are VW and do daft things for no real apparent reason?

Ferry leaves at 8.30pm. We leave at 4ish for Plymouth, a bit of Wagamamas then onto the ferry. Don't worry, I'll post plenty of pics.
Forecast is very good. :D
Just had to google wagamamas, never heard of it before and its only a couple streets away !

Interesting as the latest March 2017 brochures still list blackberry and grape yellow, though both do seem to have gone from the configurator.
I placed an order for a T32 in blackberry back in Jan so I hope my choice is still ok.

Oh yeah, I love wagamana's, when I used to chauffer in London I regularly stopped at the one just down from Piccadilly Circus.
