Black Rhino Warlords (17”) and BFGs fitted

@ Richard Wilderspin... I am looking to remove 20s, standard suspension. Just wondering how ride and comfort compare from the 20s to these Rhino's and AT tyres, also noisier or quieter than the 20s? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

@ Richard Wilderspin what suspension setup are your running with your Rhinos and BFGs

Hi Gents

Could do with some advice as not car savvy. I was looking to go for the same spec as Richard above on my new van I've just bought a Vw Kombi 21 plate but LK Performance confirmed that due to having the adaptive cruise control I can't have the BFG tyres as this can affect the adaptive cruise control and stop it working properly.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi There

I have just been told the same thing from LK Performance but I am not so sure that is correct as I have asked a couple of other companies who specialise in VW Transporters about this and they say that it is not correct so it will really depend on who you trust.
What of Wheel and tyre combo are you thinking of?

I got the 17inch in the end with the bfgs from elite wheels they said they would be okay but unfortunately they are rubbing on the rear wheel arches so I have got to get the plastic heated up and pushed out so it doesn't ruin my tyres.

What size tyres out of interest?

20” wheels off and original VW suspension back on. Black Rhino Warlords (17”) and BFGs. Great ride quality and very pleased with how it looks. Elite Wheels and Tyres - super company, great service and good wheel selection. View attachment 60188View attachment 60189 View attachment 60190
Hi Richard I went for the same set up as you from Elite Wheels are your rear tyres catching on the rear end of the wheel arch as mine seem to be when I drive across a undulation in the road.
