black plastic disk on center tray ??

Any ideas what this is please ? i thought charging pad but it does nothing either ignition on or off.
Any help will be appreciated

Got one on my dash for sat nav. From Halfords, original sticky back useless fell off after 5 mins so now superglued. So you may be stuck with it,(pun intended).
