Has anyone got any experience of using this ? For someone like me with no confidence with electrics it seems easy enough to power a compressor fridge through this or am I missing something ? Can also use solar at a later date.

Dont forget you need to supply your own battery..!!
Yes you could run a compressor fridge.... (about 3amp draw max)
And yes solar is an option with a panel and solar controller.
