Bilsteins B14’s Installers For T6 Tranny

Hi guys,

Couple of queries for any T6 and b14 experts.

I’m looking at getting these installed on my t6 transporter t30 running 18” t5 sportline wheels and not looking for slammed to the ground just equal all around , filled arches and no wallowing or bouncing etc.

99% of time I don’t have much weight in the back at all.


1.
Should I be getting the installer to check alignment etc after installation as part of the job? Or should I let them settle first then check alignment?

2.
Can anyone help me choose where to get these installed locally ? Any recommended fitters in Poole area? I’m in Dorset so looking for a local installation.

3.
Do the b14s have any other adjustments apart from ride height adjustments?
I.e can the damping or rebound etc be tweaked?
Any feedback appreciated.

1. Yes definitely aligned after
2. We can fit them
3. No further adjustment

On 18’s, IMHO, you’ll get the smoothest rise for the B14’s. Have you thought about arbs too, they really compliment the B14’s, although not essential.
