Manual For Composition Media Radio

Have you any idea where i can download a manual for the Composition Media radio (2016 T6) i have googled high n low with no joy.
i have been pressing all sorts of buttons on mine trying to get it to pair do stuff with not much luck - its as if the touch screen doesnt work all the time.

so thats the . . . Composition Media radio

have a tried a reboot . . . .,?

Press and hold the left rotary knob until you see the boot logo (about 30sec)

no that didnt do anything - tried both buttons and both together.
i can get to point of pairing my phone but when i get to the ok or cancel screen it doesnt do anything - tried touch screen pressing buttons on steering wheel etc - i just need a manual :-(

Thanks for those - called it to a radio shop today they confirmed that the screen has dead spots on it hence the reason i cant get it to work.
looking to upgrade to an aftermarket unit with Satnav and rear camera.
VW quoted a horrendous price to replace unit - i can live with an aftermarket one
