Changes to the van layout and a dedicated bike carrier means our BakRak G4 load carrier is surplus to requirements. It has a stand and basic separate light /plate bar. It has been modified slightly in how it tilts but this can be could be removed. It allows tilting when loaded with the ability to open the barn doors - can't say about a tailgate as I can't check it on that but I think it should accommodate that as well. It is the stainless G4 model, I think max loading is 120kg but that is more than the typical capacity of the tow hitch - I have stood/jumped on it when fitted and it is strong! Also has a 'locking' tightening bolt - similar idea to locking wheel nuts.
