B14 initial locking ring placement

Hi guys,


I'm looking for some advice please. - Should have already asked this but as I'm now in the process of changing the suspension, better late than never.

My question is, I'm eventually looking for a 50mm drop on a T30 day van with not much weight on board. It does have a few modular removable cupboards but not the weight of a fully laden camper. Can you advise on where I place the front locking rings for initial installation? I realise these may settle and I'll adjust them in a week or so. The other thing is, I'm currently running my 16's as the 20's aren't shod yet. I realise also I wont be able to get the stance sorted until they are on.

Anything else to rear in mind guys? Thanks for you input :thumbsup:

Well I've had to postpone this 'little job' as I cant even break the 21mm bolts holding the brake calliper on. I think a Transformer put this lot together lol. Time for another coffee and a breaker bar.
 
Set them 10mm from the top to start with. Lower it down, take your measurements and then adjust from there. The B14s lower from 40-70mm range
