Mine is a T32 and how it has been explained to me is 850 kgs per wheel so you times that by 4 to get 3400 kgs. I’m no expert but that is how I understand it ? There might be guys on here that know more ??

Want the wheels but need to be certain if that makes sense
 
850kg is a enough for a T28 isn’t it ??
850 x2 = 1700kg. Provided both your axle weights are under this, then yes.
Check that the tyres also exceed this, too.

No, it’s per axle. One will bear more weight than the other, which may mean that you’re over on one - or even both - axles with wheel load-ratings.
 
So is 850kg ok for a t28 ???
Yes. You should have a label under the bonnet that shows your axle weights. As long as they are below 1700kg, which a T28 is, then you’ll be fine with 850kg rated wheels.
