Autohaus Control panel ‘plug icon’ staying on

Hi,

I have a 2018 T6 van with a Autohaus factory spartan conversion, I have noticed recently that the ‘plug icon’ on the control panel is staying on all the time even when the external supply is not connected. I’ve also had to change the main vehicle battery so not sure if this has had some effect.

Has anyone on here had a similar issue?

Just seen this hence the belated reply. I noticed this issue of the 'plug icon' staying on too. But Autohaus had gone into administration so was on my own. Tracked down the panel supplier as BCA. They said that it is set so that if the voltage is above 13v, this symbol will be displayed when the vehicle is receiving voltage from another source, i.e solar panel/inverter.
So don't worry about it, just plug in something to a mains socket to check for 240v supply.

Such a pity Autobus have gone bust. Still think they created great classic campers but the market just got to big.
