Does anyone know if the auto light conversion kits on Ebay for the T5 will work on the T6?

For VW T5 T5.1 Transporter Auto Headlights Switch & Module Upgrade 03 - 15 New

Doubt it, T5s have a different connector on the back of the headlight switch

No it can be done, I have a variety of headlight switches with and without auto function but need to sort a suitable sensor/module to go with it

I like the idea of being able to do this, I also miss these and auto wipers, wish I'd stumped up for them at the time but you've got to stop somewhere. A bit galling that 6 months later they're both standard on all T6s

Also left off is parking sensors, MFSW and auto lights. Damned stingy.

Yep you definitely get more "car" items on a Caravelle Exec but I think we'll survive.
At least 3 zone climate and decent Bluetooth is now standard - both were big bucks options on the T5.1 Cali SE (the old name for the Ocean).

Apparently they're standard on all T6s from PV upwards on the 2018 model year. Don't know when that starts though

Hi @Pauly , no never got round to it but still keen to do it. How much? Still need to get round to installing my 360 camera setup too but I've got a week off soon so going to crack on with some mods then.
