Auto Folding Wing Mirrors

204 euro 6. I had read this thread before but I have a history of working out codings with vag/vcds/vas/odis so thought I would have a look myself, only spent 15-20 mins on it and most of this was setting autolock/lock beeps etc.
When I get time I will look again with both vcds and odis and see what I can dig up. Also need to change cruise control increments as 5mph jumps are too harsh, makes passengers think you cant drive very well. Old T5 1mph increments were much more usuable as you could drive the thing on cruise control on a motorway.

you can do 1mph increments with the set/resume buttons

I did the usual 3 second flick through all the pages just to see how thick it was and then it was hastily back in its folder and forgotten. Had to lay down for an hour afterwards as it felt like I had lost all of my manly superpowers.

Be good to have another VCDS Secialist in our midst. There will be a large number of folk on here dying for you to get cracking along with @Adams to resolve this one.

@Adams did you consider doing this using team viewer

I plug mine in to my lap top open it up along with team viewer with the link to you on team viewer and you can adjust mine from the comfort of your own lounge.............

After reading this thread I decided to do a download in my work car park this morning and this is the readings I got, so assuming the 'L' means I have the correct modules to auto rotate the mirrors on the button as I have to currently rotate the dial inside the cabin?

I guess I follow the guys threads and change the 1400B1 and 0400A1 on subsystem 2 and 3?

Subsystem 2 & 3 as you say but the last bit would be B3 & A3 respectively.

Yeaaa.... I now have folding mirrors on the key. Thanks to all experts, much appreciated :waving:

Does this mean Eu6 mirrors can all be made to do this now or is it just if you have an L module?

Is it just me or do the folding mirrors on Transporters actually look like they still stick out a fair bit when folded?!

Ok, so how else do the fold up? Retract into the door skin? Or be like the old manual fold flat slab ones.. They house quite a bit of gubbins so are quite large Anyways...

They should fold in I reckon, old school, they seem to be a bit gimmick imo.
