Does anyone know what these wires are coming from the main battery, same colour wires are at the leisure battery, reason being i have had a flat leisure battery and the 15A fuse on the brown cable was blown
Looks like some white lables on the red wires. Tease off the black cover of the 'take off' board, which allows the extra +ve feeds to supply auxiliaries. they may say what they are.
i replaced the fuse and also found a cable that had pulled off of a relay by the leisure battery, battery is holding a charge now and also charging via solar and when the vehicle is running

That looks a proper bodge job. I’d be concerned on what’s on the other end.
Your homework is to trace out that cable, take pics of the other end, and report back. Don’t let the dog eat it…
The connectors / crimps are not weatherproof, the engine compartment is not a dry area. In the winter there will be road spray containing salt.
Best to use tinned cable with sealed connectors and heat shrink over lugged terminations otherwise you are storing up problems for the near future.
I second @Salty Spuds conclusion that it is a really poor job, if that was a professionals work I’d be taking a close look at the rest of it. 12vDC won’t give you an electric shock but it can easily cause fires.
