Another not yet owner

Hi, I’ve worked out we need a day van and not a camper (I still want a camper but) as we’d rarely use the camper. We would use the van though. Reckon I need a Shuttle. Thinking a T6.1 SWB SE 150ps. Things I’ll need - parking assist, a leisure battery and…… a bit more complicated…… I’m 6’6 and having sat in the front of a shuttle or any Transporter, I know I’m going to get uncomfortable on long journeys. I was wondering how hard/expensive it is to get the drivers seat moved back?!

I'm 6'5" with a 35.5" inside leg and fit OK and don't get uncomfortable.

Thanks! Actually, I havent sat in a shuttle, so I might be alright as there's no bulkhead the seat shoudl have more movement. I'll go find one to test!

I think if anything headroom will be more likely an issue. By the time the seat is high enough to accommodate my legs it's very tight at the top and doesn't leave a vast space for access/egress, but it's doable.

I guess a test drive will confirm things one way or another for you. Best of luck.
