An Apology From Vw...

Just received this hamper from Vw:

And the apology note says:


I am now off to eat the tub of Hendersons flavoured Yorkshire crisps.

Yum yum.

After reading these forums, I never realised that Vw apologises or even acknowledge that they make mistakes!!

Is it because it’s nearing Christmas and even Vw HQ have a heart at this time of year?

It's the time of year

My daughter came home in tears last week after a Transit van forced her off the road and up a kerb, simply because she was doing exactly 30mph through our village (Blackbox new driver)
Thankfully she got the name off the van and I sent a long winded and very well written complaint, using certain keywords like 'disappointed' 'Bully' and 'upset'

They sent my daughter a full apology from the driver, along with a nice bunch of flowers.

Wow ! How bad was it for you ????
5 visits to dealer with EML over a year , 4 days stuck in Holland with offer of a tiny wee car on stupid conditions to tow a twin axle caravan and I never even got a " sorry " from VW .......( dealer was sound though )
